Men's Bible Study

A group of men meet and are led by church leaders. Along with Bible studies, the men assist church members in need. Recent studies included "What's So Amazing About Grace" and "Messy Spirituality".

Ladies Ministry

The ladies of Bayside gather for fellowship on a regular basis. Some of the events they sponsor include a ladies "lock-in" retreat, scrapbooking fellowship, and ladies tea. The highlight of the year is the annual Christmas dinner. At this dinner, ladies have the opportunity to select a "secret pal", whom they pray for and honor with gifts at their discretion.

Ladies Bible Study

Enjoy a wonderful fellowship with the ladies while growing in the Lord through different Bible studies. Held in a Bayside members home. Recent studies included Stormey Omartin's "The Power of a Praying Wife", and Henry Blackaby's "Experiencing God".

Ladies Lunch and Learn Bible Study

Bring your lunch and learn about different characters of the Bible. Recent studies include Liz Curtis Higgs, "Bad Girls of the Bible" and "Mad Mary".

New Life Recovery Group

Help for alcohol or drug dependency. Meets Tuesdays, 7-8 pm.

Food Bank

Bayside Baptist Food Bank is open every Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. It offers supplemental help to anyone in need of assistance. During special holidays, members of Bayside donate hams, turkeys and "the fixins" to be given to those in need.

Children AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed)

Kids ages 3 through 6th grade meet on Sunday nights 6:00 - 8:00 pm. (excluding summer months). The kids are encouraged to learn Bible verses at home and recite them to the leaders. There is a structured game time and Bible story time as well.

Kid's Worship and Choir

Our children worship together with adults until Pastor gives his message. They are then dismissed to their own worship service and choir practice. They sing before the congregation on a regular basis.

Youth

Youth group meets Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Youth in grades 6-12 are welcome to meet, experience and grow in the Lord through small and large group sessions. Our active youth attend M-Fuge and Centrifuge in the summer, "Swim 'n Study" each week during the summer, annual ski retreat, fall retreat and spring retreat, among other activities. The youth sponsor annual banquets (Valentines, Mission) to raise funds for their mission trips.

College and Career

A ministry for young adults. In addition to several special activities and retreats throughout the year, the group meets regularly for fellowship, fun and a Wednesday night Bible study.

Vacation Bible School

An exciting week of Bible study and fellowship for all ages, children and adults.

Fall Festival

A safe alternative to trick-or-treating on Halloween.

Outreach Events

Bay Fest, Calvert County Fair, and a Church-wide mission trip each summer.
